Currier called Wiener out for using a devious procedural move at the May 2012 full Board of Supervisors meeting where a whole new Sunshine Ordinance Task Force (SOTF) was seated, except for the required one Physically Disabled member, as spelled out in the Sunshine Ordinance passed by the Voters. Wiener is a lawyer. So is Rules Committee Chair Jane Kim, and Rules Member David Campos. Wiener’s move made last May 2012 shut down the SOTF. Wiener shut down the SOTF in retaliation for the SOTF basically indicting him for crime and corruption committed in office: SOTF Case 11048. Currier posted the full findings of fact in that case on his Tumblr, months ago. The SF DA still does nothing in gross dereliction of duty and Misprison of Felony. 

The Sunshine Case 11048 specifies criminal corruption by Supervisors David Chiu (D3), Malia Cohen (D10), Eric Mar (D1), and Scott Wiener (D8). The City Attorney Dennis Herrera and a half a dozen members of the City Attorney’s Office are also guilty of the crimes and coverups, as are Mayor Ed Lee, and District Attorney George Gascon. This corruption ends Rent Control in San Francisco, and the City Officials don’t want any person to know what they have done this close to another election. The Official Family kept this quiet before the vote in the 2011 election of the Mayor and the DA. Supervisors Chiu and Mar should loose in 60 days due to these crimes, committed on May 24th, 2011. 

The voters of San Francisco now faces a situation where their Mayor, their District Attorney, their City Attorney, many Assistant City Attorneys, as well as over half of their sitting members of their City & Count Board of Supervisors have committed major felonies in office. This may be one of the many reasons these criminals in government all seek to remove the newly elected Sheriff, before he investigates this mess and brings the required felony charges to the attention of the State Attorney General and/or the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California. There is more than Felony Voter Fraud, Extortion, Perjury, Coverup and Misprison of Felony here. There are Civil Rights Violations, ADA Violations and Felony R.I.C.O.

In this clip, Mayoral Candidate Currier calls out to all of San Francisco to start organizing home meetings every Saturday morning forward, all across San Francisco to organize quickly to “RECALL THE MACHINE” to end the corruption, and organized crime that runs San Francisco. 

Currier will speak for about 20 minutes at a Citywide Rally, called for Portsmouth Square, in San Francisco’s Chinatown, which will be held this coming Sunday September 16th, at 1 p.m.

San Francisco is suffering from a huge rash of violent hate crimes and felonies perpetrated by non-american people associated with the Chinese Communist Party, and the Peoples Republic of China. These hate crimes are religious persecution committed by a foreign power on US soil by Beijing where the SF Police Department turns a blind eye under the Mayor Ed Lee and his CCP/PRC backers associated with the Chinese Communist Agent Rose Pak.
